Spring 2020 Extended Enrollment/Grading Change Options
Graduate Students
Withdrawal - Graduate students may elect to withdraw from an individual course through Saturday, June 13, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. CDT
- TGS students should follow the TGS course withdrawal process outlined here.
- Students in SPS graduate programs should submit a change of registration form to the SPS registrar.
- Students in Kellogg MBA or MMM programs should contact kellog-registrar@kellogg.northwestern.edu to pursue this option.
- All other students should submit a Course Withdrawal Request. A separate form must be filed for each course to be withdrawn. The request will be processed by the Office of the Registrar as promptly as possible and result in a W notation on the transcript.
Grading Options - Graduate students may change grading options through Monday, June 8, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. CDT Visit the View Grades page in CAESAR, accessed through your Academic Records tile, to find the grading basis for all your Spring 2020 classes. To make changes, see instructions here.

Undergraduate Students
