- COVID vaccination requirement: New or returning students must comply before registering. If you have completed both steps you will not have a hold.
- Immunization requirement: New students must be submit proof of their Illinois-mandated immunizations or must secure a single term extension.
- COVID Acknowledgement: Each term all students must review and agree to the COVID code of conduct.
- Emergency Information: Annually and all new students must submit or update/confirm your local address, emergency contact person and emergency phone number
- Balance Due: For returning students with significant unpaid balances, contact Student Finance to arrange payment. Your financial aid office is a great resource for information about how to finance your education.
