Immunization requirement: New students must be submit proof of their Illinois-mandated immunizations or must secure a single term extension.
Emergency Information: Annually and all new students must submit or update/confirm your local address, emergency contact person and emergency phone number
Balance Due: For returning students with significant unpaid balances, contact Student Finance to arrange payment. Your financial aid office is a great resource for information about how to finance your education.
Financial Responsibility Agreement: Annually all students must read and acknowledge this agreement on financial obligations.
Student Handbook Attestation: Each academic year, all students must read and acknowledge the expectation of standards for behavior and conduct in the Northwestern community. Visit Community Standards to review the Student Handbook fully.
