The Office of the Registrar handles the ordering of diplomas for graduating students as well as requests for replacement diplomas and error corrections.
Include the following personal information in all diploma requests. Please use the Request for Replacement Diploma Form

Replacement Diplomas: Orders may be placed by mail or fax. E-mail and telephone orders are not accepted. The request must be placed by the student who acheived the degree. Your personal information, including your signature, must be included in the request. The ordering process takes six to eight weeks and there is a charge of $50 for each replacement diploma.
Error on Diplomas: Request in writing a corrected diploma from the Office of the Registrar. Please fold and return the diploma with the error to the address listed below. Include your personal information in the request. There is no charge for a single, corrected diploma.
