Application to Graduate
Application for a Degree
All undergraduate students must file a degree application one calendar year before anticipated completion.
Undergraduates in the College of Arts and Sciences and the Schools of Education and Social Policy, Journalism, Music, and Communication must file their applications with the Registrar's Office.
- Please obtain an application form by visiting the Office of the Registrar, or download the online form
- Complete application with major/minor advisor(s)
- Return the completed form to the Office of the Registrar
A summary letter of degree requirements will be sent to the student. If questions arise, e-mail or request an appointment with your auditor:
If your last name begins with A-L your degree auditor is Jane Baugher
If your last name begins with M-Z your degree auditor is Jalila Lewis

Undergraduates in the McCormick School must file with the McCormick School Academic Services Office.
