Fifth Course Option

A fifth unit of credit may only be added during the Change of Registration period (Drop/Add).

Students in WCAS wishing to register for a fifth course must obtain authorization from the WCAS Office of Studies and a permission number from the department under which the course is being taught. Once authorization and the permission number have been obtained, bring the signed Registration Exception form to the Office of the Registrar for processing.

Students in the Graduate School may attempt no more than four units.
