Winter Quarter 2008Online Grading Authorization Form Winter Quarter 2008 Grades Due Monday, March 24, 2008, 3 p.m.• If a grade needs to be changed after the deadline, you will need to submit a change of grade form to the Office of the Registrar following the usual procedure. Change of Grade Forms can be obtained from your departmental office, or from the Office of the Registrar. Note: University ID is required to obtain Change of Grade Forms. • If you will be out of town during the grading period, you may access CAESAR from any computer with an internet connection. • For students ATTENDING the class that do not show up on the roster, you will need to submit a list of names to the Dean's Office and instruct the students to contact the Dean. • For students NOT ATTENDING the class that appear on the roster, you must assign an “F” grade and email Oralia Gomez (o-gomez@northwestern.edu) in the Office of the Registrar, indicating that the student never attended or stopped attending. • Please print a copy of the submitted grades for your records.
