Viewing your class rosters in CAESAR
To access your class roster(s), complete the following steps:
Point your browser to CAESAR and sign in using your NetID and password. The Faculty Center page will appear.
The current term should default into the Select Term field. To change the term:
- Use the drop-down arrow to the right of the Select Term field to select the correct term.
- Select the "Change" button. Your Teaching Schedule for the term you have selected will appear on the lower part of the page.
Select the Class Roster icon next to the course for which you wish to see the roster. The Class Roster page appears.
Use the scroll bar on the right to scroll down and view the full roster.
To view a roster with student's photos, select teh "include photos in list" button above the roster. The roster will change to the photo view. This view will only show the first student in the roster initially. To view all students in one list, click the "View All" link circled below. Use the scroll bar on the right to scroll down and view all students with photos.
Print your Roster:
To print your class roster with photos, simply print this page using your web browser's print function. Clicking on the "Printer Friendly Version" button will display the roster without photos. You may then print the page using your web browser's print function.
Download your Roster to Microsoft Excel:
To download a class roster to Microsoft Excel, simply click on the download icon. Depending on the web browser that you are using and/or your browser security settings, you may need to hold down the CTRL button on your keyboard until you have chosen a location to save the file.
To ensure account security, Sign Out and quit your browser when you finish.
