Electronic Degree Audit

The Electronic Degree Audit is an unofficial report that displays the requirements for the degree, major(s) or minor(s) you have declared by applying your course work to your program and evaluates your progress.

The official requirements for graduation as listed on your Senior Summary will supersede the requirements listed on your Electronic Degree Audit report.

NOTE:

  • Specializations or Concentrations that may or may not be required by your major or minor must be officially declared in order to obtain a complete evaluation. Contact the Office of the Registrar for additional information.
  • Substitutions or waivers approved by your adviser must be officially noted on your academic record in order to be reflected on your Electronic Degree Audit report.
  • The Electronic Degree Audit report is not a transcript. It is an internal University document and not intended for distribution outside of the University.
  • The Electronic Degree Audit report is not meant to replace proper advising. It is however meant to aid and assist advisers and to improve the advising process.

The Electronic Degree Audit report is not and does not replace the petition to graduate. You must still file a petition to graduate with the Office of the Registrar, preferably one calendar year before your anticipated graduation. Engineering students should apply at the Engineering Academic Services Office (TECH L269).

The Electronic Degree Audit report is available to UNDERGRADUATE students active in the schools listed below. Click on the name of the school for a full list of majors and minors available for Electronic Degree Audit.
