Calendar Principles

1. Fall Quarter Examinations will end on the second Saturday after Thanksgiving.
2. Fall Quarter will be 11 weeks including Thanksgiving week. When Rosh Hashanah or Yom Kippur affect the first day of classes, the first day of classes will be changed. Please check the individual calendars.
3. Winter Quarter will begin on January 3 unless it falls on Thursday or Friday when classes will begin the following Monday.
4. Spring Quarter will be 10 weeks less Memorial Day. When Easter or Passover affects the first day of classes, classes will begin on Tuesday. However, Monday classes will meet on that day.
